Sensational Carrot Zucchini Asian Salad
What You Need:
3 carrots, thinly sliced
1 zucchini, thinly sliced
3 T scallions, sliced
1 T rice wine vinegar
2 tsp canola oil
2 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tsp ginger, minced
1/4 tsp salt
3 T toasted almonds
How to Make It:
Fill a medium sized saucepan 3/4 full of water.
